About

Bianca

I am an attorney and notary public who specializes in immigration and business law. As the daughter of immigrants from Haiti, I have a thorough understanding of the challenges facing immigrants living in the United States, and I help families navigate our complicated immigration system.

As a business attorney, I represent and counsel creative entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations- I handle the hard stuff so you can focus on what you do best and why you went into business in the first place.

I started this firm because I wanted to practice law differently. I want to give people and businesses quality legal services at an affordable price. I’m very passionate about social justice and helping people in low-income communities. I’ve received a 40 Under 40 Award for my commitment to volunteerism throughout Massachusetts. And I often serve as a volunteer attorney for legal services organizations, where I’ve handled many domestic violence and immigration cases pro bono.  Additionally, I have fought for the rights of immigrants in the United States, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic; and I served as a Board Member for Project Citizenship, an organization whose mission is to educate immigrants about the benefits of citizenship, and to help eligible legal permanent residents overcome barriers to naturalization.

While my practice is located in Brockton, I help business clients throughout Massachusetts, and immigration clients all over the United States. I am fluent in Haitian Creole and for your convenience I can provide interpreters who speak Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole.

Before starting my firm, I worked in a variety of industries including legal, financial, and tech companies. Past work includes advising global companies on legal issues impacting their corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability initiatives; helping international humanitarian organizations create fundraising and social media campaigns for their disaster relief initiatives; representing and advocating for victims and survivors of domestic violence; and helping nonprofits obtain tax exemption status.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business, a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management, and a Juris Doctor degree. I am also a licensed notary public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

When I’m not busy solving legal problems, I can be found boxing, reading, or whipping up a batch of my salted caramel brownies.

I would love to help you with your legal and business needs. Please give me a call at (508) 942-7497 or send an email.
